Van der Valk Giftcard

You can purchase Van der Valk Giftcards at the reception of our hotels. You can also order the gift card online. After ordering, the gift card will be sent to the address you provided on business days between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. For orders placed on the weekend, the card will be sent on the next business day. The shipment of the gift card is handled by PostNL. The final delivery time depends on how busy PostNL is. On average, the delivery time is 3 to 5 business days within the Netherlands and 5 to 7 business days for shipments abroad.

You can also order the digital version of the Van der Valk Giftcards in the Valk Store. After ordering, it will be sent to the provided email address on the next business day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM . For orders placed on the weekend, the card will be sent on the next business day. These gift cards cannot be used in the Valk Store, Valk at Home, or Valk voor Thuis. 

The Van der Valk Giftcard is valid for 5 years and can be spent in parts. The Valk Giftcard can be used at all Van der Valk hotels for an overnight stay, breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The Van der Valk Giftcard is valid regardless of the package. You can check the balance of the Giftcard at any time on this website. Would you like to receive an invoice for your Giftcard order? For Van der Valk Giftcards, regardless of the value, a shipping fee of € 5.95 is charged; for addresses outside the Netherlands, this is € 7.95.
