After we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Are you unsure about the color or fabric of a product? We are happy to send fabric swatches for you to view at home. Additionally, it is possible to make an appointment at the showroom of our supplier.

Quote
It is possible to place an order based on a quote request. You can do so via the contact form indicate that you wish to receive a quote along with your preferences. A quote request is exclusively for the order of beds, mattresses, toppers, box springs, or a business order abroad with shifted VAT.
CANCEL
We do our best to deliver the ordered products to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel the order once it has been processed for shipment.
Have you ordered a bed, mattress, or topper and want to cancel it? This is possible within 1 week; after that, the bed is in production and can no longer be canceled.
DELIVER
Please note that the delivery times below are an indication. We depend on the cooperation of PostNL in this matter.
Orders are delivered in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg, with the exception of beds, mattresses, and toppers. Beds, mattresses, and toppers are only delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium. There are no country restrictions on the delivery of Van der Valk E-Giftcards.

Beds
The average delivery time for the beds is currently 6 weeks.
For custom orders, it may happen that one of the products is out of stock or unavailable. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Mattresses and toppers
The average delivery time for mattresses and toppers is currently 3 weeks.
For custom orders, it may happen that one of the products is out of stock or unavailable. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Bedding, bed linen and bath textiles
The average delivery time for bedding, bed linen, and bath textiles is 2 to 3 working days.
Valk Giftcard
The average delivery time for the Van der Valk Giftcard is 3 to 5 working days within the Netherlands and 5 to 7 working days for abroad.
Valk E-Giftcard
The Van der Valk E-Giftcard is processed within 24 hours on business days. You will receive it in the specified email inbox.
Shipping costs
For orders over € 45.00, no shipping costs will be charged, unless otherwise agreed. (This does not apply to deliveries outside the Netherlands and not for Valk Giftcard)
Beds, mattresses and toppers
For orders of beds, mattresses, and toppers in the Netherlands, we do not charge delivery costs. For deliveries in Belgium, a surcharge of €25.00 applies.
We ship orders to the Wadden Islands up to the depot on the mainland.
Bedding, bed linen and bath textiles
For orders of bedding, bed linen, and bath textiles in the Netherlands, we charge €4.95. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, a surcharge of €12.95 applies.
Valk Giftcard
For orders of Valk Giftcards, regardless of the value in the Netherlands, we charge €5.95. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, a fee of €7.95 will be charged.
The shipping costs do not disappear when you place an order over €45.00.
Valk E-Giftcard
No shipping costs are charged for orders of Valk E-Giftcards. This applies to both the Netherlands and outside the Netherlands.
RETURNING
Are you not satisfied with the delivered item? Below you will find our return conditions per product.
General terms and conditions
- The item is not used, slept in, or damaged.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The shipping costs for returning a package are at your own expense. These amount to €4.95 for regular products. For affordable bargains you pay €6.95. Returns from abroad cost €7.95.
- Returns are possible within 14 days after delivery.
Beds, mattresses and toppers
Our beds, mattresses, and toppers are put into production after the order is placed, so it is not possible to return these products. If the bed or bed components have any defects, you can contact the support department of Valk Store via support@valkstore.nl, 088-0246333 or fill in the contact form in.
Exchange
It is not possible to exchange the order. If you want a different product, you can return your order (provided you meet the return conditions) and then place a new order.
Return packages that have not been registered cannot be processed. Also, the address mentioned on our website is not suitable for returns and visits.
If you meet the return conditions, you can contact us via the contact form. You will then receive a message with additional information including the return label. The amount (excluding return costs) will be refunded to your account after we have received the return shipment.
WARRANTY ON BEDS, MATTRESSES AND TOPPERS
Our beds, mattresses, and toppers are put into production after ordering, so it is not possible to return these products. If your bed/bed components have any defects, you can contact the support department of Valk Store.
If any defects occur, the following CBM provisions apply:
- For complaints reported within one year of purchase due to manufacturing defects, we provide a full warranty.
- Within 2 years from the date of purchase, 2/3 of the costs of repair and/or replacement are at our expense, within 3 years this is 1/3.
- Warranty applies only if and provided that the item has been used correctly. Damage caused by moisture and normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
We recommend that before you order a bed/mattress/topper or approve the quote, you use our fabric sample service. This way, you can be sure of the color you are ordering. It may happen that there is a color difference between the images on the Valk Store and the actual fabric. All information about the fabric sample service can be found here.
If you do not use the fabric sample service, comments about color differences between the delivered product and your expectations based on the image cannot be processed. This also applies to color differences that may result from lighting or other environmental factors.
