Trial sleeping conditions
Would you like to buy a bed but are still unsure if the bed meets your requirements? You can choose to try sleeping in one of our selected Van der Valk hotels. Through our contact form or via support@valkstore.nl you can request a trial sleep.
When you go for a trial sleep, you can book an overnight stay at the available rates via the website of the respective hotel. Once the room is booked, we would like to receive the reservation number of the booking. We will inform the hotel that this is a reservation for a trial sleep. If you wish to purchase a bed from Valk Store after your trial sleep, you will receive a €100 discount via email.
The discount is valid on the following products:
- the luxury bed + mattress
- the luxury bed + mattress + topper
- the luxury bed + upholstered mattress + topper + headboard
The beds, mattresses, and toppers can be found in 37 Van der Valk Hotels. At some of these hotels, you can book a room to check if our beds meet your requirements.

Please note that the exact bed is not always present in the hotels. They have versions of the line of the bed that we sell; improvements are made to the bed every year.
There are some conditions to keep in mind:
- The discount is only valid for the above-mentioned items.
- The discount can be used once for one bed and not for multiple beds.
- You will receive the discount only if you have informed us in advance of your trial sleep overnight stay and your reservation number is known to us.
- The discount is €100 regardless of the value of your overnight stay.
- The discount is €100 regardless of the arrangement of your overnight stay.
- The discount is €100 regardless of the date of your overnight stay.
- The discount is €100 regardless of the room type of your overnight stay.
- The discount is valid up to 1 month after your overnight stay.
- The discount cannot be transferred to others.
- The discount cannot be combined with other discount promotions.
- The discount is only valid if you wish to purchase the bed afterwards.
