You will be guided one-on-one during this appointment by a bedding expert who will take an hour to look at all options and preferences with you.

After you have visited the showroom, your wishes will be passed on to our colleagues at the Valk Store. A personal quote will be prepared for you in which all wishes are described. After this is sent to you in writing, there is room for changes or approval. After approval of the quote, you will receive an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, the order will be put into production.

After the order has been put into production, you will be contacted about a delivery appointment. The supplier will contact you to arrange a suitable schedule together. The supplier will deliver and assemble your order all the way into the bedroom so that from that moment on, you can enjoy hotel-quality sleep.

In addition, Van der Valk has also made a special Valk Store room available at a centrally located site to be used as a showroom. In this room, you will find various Valk Store products such as the bed, duvet, and pillows. It is only possible to view this showroom by appointment. Appointments can be made via the contact form or contact us by phone at +31 (0) 88 024 6 333. You will be assisted by a Valk Store employee who will help you review the products. Questions and requests can be discussed during this hour.
