What is the Van der Valk Giftcard?

The Van der Valk Giftcard is a gift card that can be used at all Van der Valk and Van der Valk Exclusief hotels and restaurants in the Netherlands and abroad. You can use the Giftcard online or at participating hotels for hotel stays, breakfast, lunch, dinner, wellness experiences and other hotel facilities.

The Giftcard cannot be used at the Valk Store, Valk at Home or Valk voor Thuis.

Can I request a quote?

Yes. Corporate orders are available from a total order value of €2,000. Simply complete the request form to receive a tailored quote.

You can also add extras to your order, such as a gift box or additional products, at special corporate rates.

Is there a minimum order value for corporate orders?

Yes. The minimum total order value for corporate orders is €2,000. Simply complete the request form to receive a tailored quote.

Can I choose the value of the Giftcards?

Yes. You can choose the value of each Giftcard, starting from €5 per card. You can order multiple Giftcards with the same value or choose a different value for each one, regardless of how the total order value is divided.

Can I order a digital Giftcard?

Yes. In addition to the physical Van der Valk Giftcard, you can also order a digital Giftcard. The digital Giftcard is sent by email, making it an ideal last-minute gift.

What are the delivery times?

Van der Valk Gift Card (physical)

  • Delivery within the Netherlands: 3 to 5 business days
  • International delivery: 5 to 7 business days

Van der Valk E-Gift Card (digital)

  • Processed and sent within 24 hours on business days

How long is the Valk Giftcard valid?

The Van der Valk Giftcard is valid for up to 5 years from the date of issue. The balance does not have to be spent all at once and can be used across multiple visits.

Are Giftcards activated before they are sent?

No. For security reasons, physical Van der Valk Giftcards are sent without being activated. Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an activation code by email. Simply enter this code on the activation page to activate your Giftcard. E-Giftcards are ready to use immediately and do not need to be activated.

Are the Giftcards sent to a single address?

Yes, business orders are shipped to a single delivery address by default. If you have any specific delivery requirements, please include them in your request or in the comments field on the request form. We will be happy to discuss the available options with you,
